Single Diode Module AM-LS410860 AS ENERGITM is a replacement, analogue, alternative and equivalent semiconductor device for normal recovery diode LS410860 Powerex. Average forward current IFAV – 600 ampere, repetitive peak reverse voltage VRRM – 800V.
