Dual Diode Module AM-CC412699C AS ENERGITM is a replacement, analogue, alternative and equivalent semiconductor device for diode module CC412699C Powerex. Average forward current IFAV – 100 ampere, repetitive peak reverse voltage VRRM – 2500V. The two-position diode-diode module CC412699C have a common anode switching circuit (common anode-anode).
