Dual Diode Module AM-CC613016C AS ENERGITM is a replacement, analogue, alternative and equivalent semiconductor device for diode module CC613016C Powerex. Average forward current IFAV – 160 ampere, repetitive peak reverse voltage VRRM – 3000V. The two-position diode-diode module CC613016C have a common anode switching circuit (common anode-anode).
